Mortgage Loan Assistant

As a Mortgage Loan Assistant, you will collaborate closely with our Loan Officers to facilitate and enhance the loan application process. While you won't engage in tasks requiring Federal or State Mortgage Licenses, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth loan transactions for our clients and will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the mortgage banking industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

Aid designated loan officers in submitting loans and tracking documents.
Perform administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing loan documentation.
Acquire familiarity with various stages of the loan process, including applications, credit reports, disclosures, transcripts, and loan programs.
Create marketing materials to showcase NVR Mortgage services and products.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational capabilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Encompass software.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of effective teamwork.
Previous experience in customer service or mortgage banking is advantageous.
