Mobile Engineering Manager - $100M platform, Greenfield - Remote

High growth analytics platform looking for a Mobile Engineering Manager for a completely greenfield mobile app build out

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Mobile Engineering Manager to join our rapidly growing team. We have recently closed $100M in funding and you will be leading a team of engineers building out a brand new mobile offering., you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by overseeing all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Promote and enforce best practices in software development, ensuring the team's adherence to high coding standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, facilitating their professional development.
• Regularly review and evaluate the team's performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading and growing a team of mobile engineers.
• Wealth of experience building world class mobile applications in iOS, React Native and any hands on full stack web experience would be great
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
