Responsibilities:
As a Microsoft D365 Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for:

1. Implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our business needs.
2. Developing, testing, and implementing new features and functionality in D365 F&O.
3. Working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
5. Managing integrations between D365 and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance.
6. Using Azure DevOps for version control, work tracking, and build/deploy automation.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
8. Staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends, continually enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including D365 F&O.
2. Strong experience with Azure DevOps.
3. Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics.
4. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, DataVerse, and SQL.
5. Experience with Power Platform and MB-300, MB-400, MB-200 certifications are a plus.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
