We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Metals Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

As a Metals Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of project management within the metals manufacturing sector, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of a project.
2. Managing the project schedule and ensuring that deadlines are met, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
3. Handling change orders effectively and efficiently, and ensuring that they are processed and implemented in a timely manner.
4. Communicating effectively with customers, keeping them informed of progress, addressing any concerns promptly, and building strong, long-term relationships.
5. Working closely with internal teams to ensure that project goals are met and that all elements of the projects are aligned with company objectives.
6. Demonstrating strong leadership skills, guiding, and motivating team members to perform at their best.
7. Ensuring that all projects are completed in accordance with the AIA G702 document, and that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Metals Manufacturing Project Manager, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management within the metals manufacturing industry.
2. Proven expertise in managing project schedules and handling change orders.
3. Familiarity with AIA G702 or equivalent.
4. Exceptional customer communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
7. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety at all times.
8. A degree in a related field is preferred but not essential.
