Job Details

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent with a strong background in commercial/industrial construction to join our top-ranked team. Candidates should have a deep understanding of safety, integrity, and passion for their job, coupled with client commitment. Focused on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), we are searching for qualified individuals boasting 4+ years of experience in the field.

Skills and Experience:
* Ability to foster a collaborative team environment
* Conflict resolution and effective decision-making experience
* Proficiency in advanced construction management software tools
* Adaptability to changing project requirements and creative problem-solving
* Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry trends
* Experience managing sustainable and eco-friendly construction projects
* 5+ years of commercial construction management experience, focusing on MEP systems
* Medium to large project experience ($80M+)
* Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management or Engineering preferred

Essential Job Duties:
* Champion project safety, aligning with Core Values
* Guide the team, fostering collaboration and innovation
* Provide timely updates to the Project Manager tracking daily progress and addressing challenges proactively
* Streamline pre-mobilization activities
* Formulate an efficient start-up schedule
* Collaborate on the Baseline Schedule with subcontractors
* Oversee schedule adherence, guaranteeing contractual compliance and surpassing client expectations
* Assess the 2-week look-ahead schedule with the team
* Communicate safety expectations and promote accountability
* Conduct thorough safety inspections, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions
* Ensure documentation and communication of quality inspections
* Participate in owner meetings and provide project updates
* Lead project turnover and coordination meetings
* Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records
* Oversee subcontractor closeout and punch list management
