MEP Superintendent - Construction

We are a fully integrated life science firm located in Blue Bell PA. With a long established history in the Life Science market we are able to help our clients from concept though construction to make sure that all of their needs are met. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all trades on construction projects
• Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they are on track
• Ensure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standards
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems
• Develop and implement quality control measures
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems or Life Science
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
