Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team. This is a role where you will be tasked with managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our engineering projects. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in MEP systems, architecture, and design. This role requires excellent project management skills, leadership abilities, and a keen understanding of budgeting, time management, planning, and organizing.

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all MEP aspects of our engineering projects from inception to completion.
2. Collaborating with architects, designers, and other engineering professionals to design, develop, and implement MEP systems.
3. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Leading project teams and coordinating efforts across different departments and disciplines.
5. Developing and maintaining project documentation including plans, reports, schedules, budgets, and other relevant materials.
6. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company standards, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.
7. Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
8. Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and developments.
9. Continually improving project management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an MEP Project Management role.
3. Proven experience with MEP systems, architecture, and design.
4. Strong project management skills, including experience with budgeting, time management, planning, and organizing.
5. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of leading successful project teams.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including project management tools and CAD software.
8. A professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) would be a plus.
