Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working for a Mechanical Contractor who has experience with boiler and heating systems in the following areas: Steam heating systems, hydronic heating systems, domestic hot water heating systems, pumps, gas and fuel oil systems, mechanical code, plumbing, and basic electrical. Required Qualifications:

• Must have extensive experience estimating:

1. Boilers
2. Chillers
3. Piping
4. VRF systems
5. ERV's
6. RTU's
7. Tenants fit outs

• Experience working on HVAC Installations
• Experience making sure things are on time, within budget, etc.
