Our company is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in MEP Coordination, Structure, Ground up Construction, and Ground Up Data Center Construction. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works and ensure they comply with all current regulations and standards.
2. Work closely with project teams to understand and determine project requirements and timelines.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project design.
4. Review and analyze MEP design and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
5. Monitor the installation of MEP systems and ensure they are installed as per the approved design.
6. Identify any potential issues or risks and work to find proactive solutions.
7. Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
8. Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
9. Provide regular progress updates to the project manager and other key stakeholders.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures by providing feedback and suggestions.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, specifically as an MEP Coordinator or MEP Coordinator Data Center.
2. Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, including their design, installation, and coordination processes.
3. Strong experience in structure and ground-up construction, including ground-up data center construction.
4. Excellent understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
8. Proficient in using computer software, including CAD, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
10. Professional certifications in MEP or related fields are a plus.
