• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests using automated and semi-automated analyzers.
• Act as a mentor and supervisor, ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory functions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory instruments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and contribute to patient care by providing accurate and timely laboratory results.

Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate degree in Medical Laboratory Science with Board Certification or eligibility for certification within six months of employment.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and computer literacy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
