Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join our growing legal team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to handle complex medical malpractice cases, defend healthcare professionals, and work with some of the most respected legal minds in the industry. You will be instrumental in protecting our clients' rights and reputations, navigating the complexities of medical malpractice law, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

As a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney, your duties will include:

1. Representing healthcare professionals and institutions in medical malpractice lawsuits, ensuring their rights and reputations are protected.
2. Conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing legal advice on medical malpractice and related issues.
3. Developing strategies for defense in coordination with clients and other members of the legal team.
4. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
5. Presenting cases in court, arguing motions, and conducting depositions.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney.
4. Proven experience in insurance defense.
5. Strong knowledge of medical malpractice law and healthcare regulations.
