Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative full time Medical Director, Clinical Development to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your clinical development skills, experience, and knowledge in an organization that is pioneering the future of the biotech industry. The successful candidate will be a key player in our mission to advance the understanding and treatment of diseases, particularly in the field of diabetes, rare diseases. and oncology. You will be responsible for assisting in the design and execution of clinical trials, from early to late stage, and will play a pivotal role in the drug development process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Develop and review clinical protocols, ensuring they are scientifically sound and in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Oversee the submission of IND and NDA applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
• Provide medical expertise in the field of endocrinology and metabolism, and assist in the training and development of clinical staff.
• Stay up to date with the latest scientific research and developments in the field of diabetes and rare diseases, and use this knowledge to inform the company's clinical development strategy.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree with a specialty in endocrinology or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical development, preferably within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in the design and execution of clinical trials, from early to late stage.
• In-depth knowledge of the drug development process, including IND and NDA submissions.
• Experience in the field of diabetes and rare diseases
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Commitment to staying up to date with the latest scientific research and developments in the field of diabetes and rare diseases.
