We are seeking a passionate Medical Assistant to join our Primary Care team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work alongside leading healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting Physicians with various procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. Responsibilities:

1. Assist Physicians during examinations and procedures, providing tools, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a sterile environment.
2. Perform routine medical procedures, including phlebotomy, vital sign monitoring, and administering injections.
3. Record patient information, such as medical histories and test results, in electronic medical records.
4. Prepare and administer medications under the direct supervision of a physician.
5. Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring timely communication with patients and their families.
6. Maintain supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
7. Participate in continuing education activities to stay up-to-date with the latest medical assistance practices and regulations.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role.
2. Certification or diploma in Medical Assistance from an accredited institution.
3. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
4. Proficiency in phlebotomy and monitoring vital signs.
5. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
7. High level of professionalism, empathy, and respect for patient confidentiality.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other medical software.
