Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical projects, primarily focusing on HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee the estimation and bidding process for new projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Handle all project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports.
• Monitor project progress regularly, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Implement project standards and procedures, ensuring all safety and quality guidelines are followed.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members, promoting a collaborative project environment.
• Contribute to the sales process by providing technical expertise and project management insights.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Mechanical Project Management, specifically in the field of HVAC.
• Proven experience in mechanical estimating and HVAC project management.
• Commercial HVAC experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Sales experience, with the ability to contribute to the sales process and build strong client relationships.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
