Qualifications:

1. Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the engineering industry, with a focus on mechanical engineering projects.
3. Proven experience in managing HVAC, Plumbing, MEP, Piping, and HVAC Systems projects.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
5. Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
8. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
9. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
10. Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) would be an added advantage.
