The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and well-maintained. Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
• Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment, including pneumatic systems.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing disruption to production schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment design and performance.
• Train and mentor maintenance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the cement industry, with a solid understanding of the cement manufacturing process.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pneumatics and fabrication.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective preventative maintenance programs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
