Are you a dynamic, innovative Mechanical Engineer with a knack for creating, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes? If you have a passion for problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to create efficient, high-quality products, we want to hear from you. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dedicated team in the manufacturing industry. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
1. Use your expertise in 3D design, 2D CAD drawings, and 3D modeling to create, refine, and optimize designs for manufacturing.
2. Perform mechanical testing to validate the performance and reliability of designs.
3. Utilize software tools such as Solid Edge and Inventor to develop and analyze engineering drawings.
4. Work with the Product Data Management (PDM) system to maintain and manage product data.
5. Apply your knowledge of electronics and sensors to design and improve manufacturing processes.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet product requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.
7. Use your understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure that designs can be efficiently and cost-effectively produced.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement these improvements.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to the manufacturing team, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in 3D design, 2D CAD drawings, and 3D modeling.
4. Experience with engineering software such as Solid Edge and Inventor.
5. Knowledge of PDM systems and their use in managing product data.
6. Familiarity with electronics and sensors and their application in manufacturing processes.
7. A strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing principles.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
10. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
