Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and efficient manufacturing processes.
2. Design, validate, and implement mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
3. Oversee the development of injection molding and extrusion processes, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
4. Conduct mechanical testing on components and systems to validate performance and compliance with industry standards.
5. Utilize knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic systems to optimize machine performance.
6. Continuously improve manufacturing processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve product quality.
7. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with ISO 9001/13485.
8. Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
9. Participate in the design review process, providing expert input to ensure the manufacturability and quality of our products.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
4. Strong experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Injection Molding, Extrusion, and Mechanical Testing.
5. Knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
6. Familiarity with ISO 9001/13485.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
