Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our innovative team. This is a permanent position in the manufacturing industry, where you will be instrumental in the design and development of our ground-breaking products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, with expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, product development, project management, and engineering drawings. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and products by studying customer requirements, researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials, and soliciting observations from operators.
2. Assure system and product quality by designing testing methods, testing finished products and system capabilities, and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
3. Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
4. Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
5. Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, and requesting special services as needed.
6. Complete projects by training and guiding technicians.
7. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
8. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
9. Provide engineering information by answering questions and requests.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
4. Proven experience in product development and project management.
5. Ability to interpret and create complex engineering drawings.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material properties.
11. A strong understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
