We are seeking a Commissioning Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Commissioning / Retro-Commissioning of New and existing facilities. This individual must be Comfortable Meeting with Clients and Contractors. Must have strong technical skills, able to perform Equipment Performance Testing. It’s a plus if you have BAS/BMS/Control Systems Testing and Integration experience. Projects Include mid-size to large Commercial Projects including New Buildings and Existing facility upgrades.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Bachelors or Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• 5+ years Commissioning / Energy-related experience
• Working knowledge of mechanical/HVAC Systems, BAS, and Controls Systems
• Certifications Desired, EIT, PE, CEM, CCP, CPMP, BEAP, LEED AP is highly preferred, Not Required
• Lead and execute commissioning projects from beginning to close-out.
• Lead and execute condition assessments and energy audits for existing facilities.
• Support the development of innovative energy concepts for new and existing buildings.
• Provide project management and coordination on small- and medium-sized projects to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other project team members.
• Produce summary reports and presentations and deliver them to clients, multidisciplinary project teams, and other relevant parties.
• Support business development activities including networking at industry events, developing, and maintaining client relationships, and preparation of proposals.
