We are looking for an experienced CNC Team Lead ~ Manager

This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence in our Machining & Turning department, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, safety, and quality.

The candidate will be responsible CNC MasterCAM programming, leadership in set-up machining, production schedule, tool & machine selection, and ultimately upgrading our machining & turning technology.

Responsibilities:
1. You will work closely with ownership and co-management to lead the CNC team to ensure accurate and efficient production processes for on-time-delivery.
2.. Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles within the engineering industry.
2. Proficient in the use of MasterCam software for CNC setup and programming.
3. Strong knowledge of tool and machine selection for various jobs.
4. Proven experience in leading a team and managing a department.
5. Excellent understanding of production scheduling and project management.
6. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
7. Strong communication and leadership skills.
8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
9. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations within the industry.
10. A hands-on approach and a willingness to be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the department.
