Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director experience in proposal generation to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall management of our marketing department within the Architectural and Engineering industry. You will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to elevate our brand identity, increase our market presence, and drive revenue growth. The Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of our marketing operations, including lead generation, copywriting, campaign management, and digital media.

What You'll Do In This Growth Role:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
2. Oversee all marketing operations, ensuring the marketing team effectively fulfills the organization's marketing strategy.
3. Drive the success of lead generation programs, enhancing product positioning and market strategy.
4. Manage the creation, delivery, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
5. Lead and develop the in-house marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods to formulate proactive strategies.
7. Manage the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
8. Report marketing results to senior executives and adjust strategies as needed.
9. Develop and manage the marketing budget.
10. Collaborate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies across the company.

What You Need To Apply:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level marketing position, in the Engineering, Architecture and/or Construction industries.
3. Proven experience in developing bid proposals
4. Proficiency in lead generation, copywriting, campaign management, and digital media.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
7. Proficient in digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
8. Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
10. Demonstrated ability to drive marketing strategy and translate business objectives into marketing plans.
