Our construction company is looking for a dynamic and creative marketing coordinator to join our team. As a marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our construction services and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote our construction services
  • Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels
  • Manage and update our website and social media accounts
  • Create and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the construction industry
  • Coordinate and attend industry events and trade shows
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation campaigns and track their success
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
