We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in injection molding and mechanical machinery, particularly within the plastics manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise and lead a team of skilled manufacturing staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all production targets and deadlines are met.
• Implement and enforce strict safety procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor and manage the use of raw materials, ensuring that waste is minimized and that all resources are used efficiently.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing machinery, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
• Ensure that all manufactured products meet our high standards of quality, conducting regular inspections and implementing quality control measures as needed.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage production schedules, inventory levels, and other key operational data.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology, implementing new processes and techniques as appropriate.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a lead or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on injection molding.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques, particularly in relation to plastics and injection molding.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with quality control measures and systems, with a proven track record of ensuring high standards of quality in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ERP systems, with the ability to use these tools to manage operational data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with staff at all levels of the organization.
• A degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management) would be an advantage.
