Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Permanent Manufacturing Process Manager. This role is pivotal in leading and managing the manufacturing process of our engineering products. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing processes in our industrial plant. They will develop, analyze and evaluate new production methods and provide hands-on manufacturing engineering support. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standard.
• Develop and implement process strategies and schedules to meet company objectives.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with the design team to develop 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, and other 2D and 3D design software.
• Experience in HVAC, Liquid Cooling, Refrigeration, and Cooling systems.
• Strong knowledge of product manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong understanding of industry safety standards and regulations.
• Proven track record in improving process efficiency and performance.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience in the engineering industry is a plus.
