Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are a multi-national leader in the manufacturing of specialized materials with a diverse portfolio that spans filtration, healthcare, eco-friendly packaging, and more!

Reporting to the CI Leader, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement throughout our Neenah mill manufacturing operations. This will include leading and supporting CI projects, facilitating meetings and events, ensuring resources are available, developing data collection plans, monitoring progress, and acting as a resource for project leaders to remove barriers and ensure completion.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of process engineering experience within manufacturing environments
• Demonstrable track record of continuous improvement

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in the paper, plastics, or packaging manufacturing space
• Lean Six Sigma belt certification
