We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Manufacturing Manager to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Production Supervisor, your key duties will include:

• Overseeing daily operations in the rubber and plastic extrusion departments.
• Conducting regular quality control inspections to ensure that all products meet our stringent standards.
• Managing the departmental budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Conducting compliance training for all team members, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Utilizing precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, comparators, and C.M.M. to monitor and maintain quality control.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse team, promoting a positive work environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management in both English and Spanish.
• Continuously reviewing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Production Supervisor, candidates must possess the following:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in rubber and plastic extrusion.
• Demonstrable knowledge of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, comparators, and C.M.M.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Proficiency in conducting quality control inspections and compliance training.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
