Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our vibrant team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work within the construction industry. We are looking for a motivated individual who has a keen interest in design, integration, and improvement of manufacturing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for GD&T, creating models and drawings, and conducting design reviews. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to make a significant impact by utilizing their skills and experience to streamline our manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design, integration, and improvement of manufacturing systems to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Use Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to create accurate technical drawings and models.
3. Conduct design reviews, providing insightful feedback and suggestions to optimize the design process.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve manufacturing issues.
5. Implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase quality.
6. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation to ensure that all specifications and standards are met.
7. Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing team to ensure understanding and compliance with manufacturing procedures.
8. Participate in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and objectives.
9. Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the construction industry.
3. Proficient in GD&T and capable of creating detailed technical drawings and models.
4. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing systems, processes, and quality control measures.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
