Requirements/Responsibilities:
5+ Years experience in Engineering
Electronics Manufacturing experience within SMT/Hardware environment highly preferred
Experience with Kaizen, LEAN Manufacturing, Value stream, etc.
Root Cause Analysis to solve process issues
Electronic device assembly environment experience
Time studies, control plans, and process flow diagrams
