Manufacturing Engineer

Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Compensation: $70k-$90k/year (depending on experience)
Location: Port Washington, WI (onsite role)

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain standards for machine settings to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Develop processes to ensure safe and efficient production of quality products.
• Design training programs to enhance employee capabilities and safety.
• Optimize department layouts to streamline workflow.
• Lead process improvement projects to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate equipment and explore new technologies to upgrade manufacturing processes.

What you need for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
