Job Details
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: include the following
- Enhances manufacturing processes and methodologies to achieve cost reduction, elevate quality standards, and boost operational efficiency.
- · Conducts research, design, and development activities related to manufacturing processes, encompassing production flow, assembly techniques, and production equipment.
- · Designs, develops, tests, and cost-justifies various tools, machinery, and equipment to enhance recommended manufacturing methods.
- · Initiates the search, audit, and standardization of local suppliers in alignment with the company's quality standards.
- · Provides expert advice to the maintenance team during the initial operation of newly added equipment to the facility.
- · Orchestrates manufacturing launches for new or revised production lines and equipment, ensuring a smooth transition.
- · Control and calculate the sizing of the plant's auxiliary equipment, such as air compressors, boilers, and machine rooms.
- · Executes process improvement initiatives, oversees problem resolution, and leads project management efforts while providing comprehensive employee training.
