We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Manufacturing Engineer to join our fast-paced Engineering industry. This is a permanent position that offers an incredible opportunity to play a vital role in our manufacturing processes, utilizing your expertise in Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, Project Management, and Manufacturing Processes. The candidate will primarily be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing methods to promote effective and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
2. Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
3. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce costs, increase productivity and improve quality.
4. Use AutoCAD to design and develop manufacturing processes and machinery.
5. Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
6. Troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing processes and systems, implementing effective solutions.
7. Collaborate with design engineering and other internal teams to improve product design for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
8. Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
9. Continuously improve manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.
10. Train and guide team members on new processes and equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing principles, AutoCAD, Project Management, and Manufacturing Processes.
4. Proven experience in managing complex manufacturing projects from conception to completion.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical reports.
8. Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
11. Knowledge of applicable safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
