Job Details
- Maintain complete safety and environmental compliance
- Maintain and direct repair of manufacturing machinery and equipment to allow for maximum efficiency
- Develop the schedule for the Preventative maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Refine and develop manufacturing processes to achieve quality and rate defined in the process specifications
- Implement manufacturing plans and procedures for new product introduction
- Provide training for manufacturing operators
- Prepare and maintain manufacturing process documentation (SOP's, PS's and equipment manuals)
- Assist R&D in performing engineering pilots
- Assist Quality Assurance in performing failure analysis
- Plan, design and justify manufacturing tooling machinery, and equipment
