We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for our manufacturing processes. This includes working with programmable logic controllers (PLC), robotics, servo systems, and other automated equipment to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for manufacturing processes.
  • Program and troubleshoot PLC systems to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the robotics team to integrate and improve automated processes.
  • Develop and maintain servo control systems.
  • Generate electrical schematics, bill of materials, and panel layouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Conduct regular system performance testing and preventive maintenance.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in manufacturing electrical engineering.

Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Controls Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting is essential.
  • Experience with robotics and servo systems is required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing industry.
