Summary:
Assess customer-provided samples and advise on suitable equipment for their applications while providing technical support within the framework of the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer applications by actively engaging with customers, Sales Managers, and Representatives to gather necessary information promptly.
Conduct welding, marking, cutting, etc., for applications, generating detailed reports with equipment recommendations (may involve reviewing specifications with the Product Engineer).
Offer phone and email support to customers, Sales Managers, Representatives, and other departments, ensuring high-quality customer service.
Travel to customer facilities for training sessions, equipment installation, setup, and process development.
Deliver presentations on process fundamentals, equipment use, application techniques, equipment sizing, Design of Experiments (DOE), etc.
Quickly assimilate technical knowledge, memorizing product line technical specifications.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Position Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Capability to multitask independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
Excellent listening and note-taking skills, showcasing accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer communication, both over the phone and in-person.
Positive attitude towards fulfilling customer requirements.
Commercial and business acumen with some knowledge of manufacturing and sales.
Ideal candidate embraces a positive and flexible approach to managing a heavy workload with shifting priorities.
Willingness to travel to the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
A 4-year Technical College Degree is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
