We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our thriving team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by leveraging their engineering knowledge and understanding of our manufacturing capabilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing technical solutions that meet their unique needs. This role will require a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to effectively present our products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
2. Identify potential leads and manage the sales process from start to finish, including making initial contact, setting up meetings, presenting technical information, and closing deals.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
6. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to customers.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends.
9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote company products and services.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Experience in Medical Device and Contract Manufacturing is highly desirable.
4. Proven track record of successfully selling technical products or services.
5. Strong technical understanding with an ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
6. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
8. High level of self-motivation, organization, and time management skills.
9. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
