We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Multi-Client Manhattan Scale WMS Superuser to join our dynamic team in the Distribution industry. As a Multi-Client Manhattan Scale Superuser, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse management system (Manhattan Scale), ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• MUST HAVE Manhattan Scale experience
• Understand the business processes within Manhattan Scale and how each application supports these processes, and applies this knowledge to best

solve problems

• Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of our warehouse management system -Manhattan Scale
• Oversee the distribution of products to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Manage the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order processing
• Lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that all processes are integrated and functioning effectively
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Provide regular reports on the performance of the warehouse management system to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse management or related field
• WMS certification or training
• Six Sigma training
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and distribution processes
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with WMS
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with ERP and best-in-class WMS software, such as EXE / RedPrairie, HighJump, Catalyst and Oracle a plus.
• Experience with SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel and Word.
