This role presents an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to spearhead the growth of the firm’s mass tort practice focusing on plaintiffs class action litigation, pharmaceuticals, and bellwether claims.

Are you a seasoned attorney with a passion for technology and a knack for handling complex litigation cases? Our rapidly growing legal-technology firm is seeking a Permanent Managing Attorney specializing in Mass Tort Litigation. This is a unique opportunity to join a tech driven law firm from the ground floor and manage a portfolio of high-stakes mass tort litigation cases!

As our Permanent Managing Attorney, you will:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of mass tort litigation cases from inception to resolution.
2. Develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with our company's objectives.
3. Represent plaintiffs in class action lawsuits, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
4. Handle complex legal issues related to pharmaceuticals and bellwether claims.
5. Collaborate with other legal team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
6. Provide expert legal advice to our executive team, helping to shape our company’s legal and business strategies.
7. Stay up-to-date on all relevant industry regulations and laws, ensuring our company remains in compliance.
8. Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. MUST: Active membership to the State Bar of Arizona or eligibility and willingness to become licensed in
Arizona.
3. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in mass tort litigation, with a focus on plaintiff representation and class action law.
4. Proven track record of successfully litigating bellwether claims in mass tort proceedings.
5. Prior experience working within a reputable law firm or legal department specializing in mass
torts.
6. Serving on a plaintiff steering committee for an MDL
7. Filing motions to consolidate individual claims into an MDL
