Job Details

We are seeking two experienced and dynamic Managers of FP&A for our Casino/Gaming division in both our Hanover, MD and Greensburg, PA locations . You will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis activities, driving strategic initiatives, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, expertise in financial analysis, and proficiency in various data analysis tools. Responsibilities

1. Lead the financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
2. Use data mining and analysis techniques to provide insights into revenue performance and trends.
3. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
4. Prepare financial reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
5. Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
6. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and maintain the gaming license.
7. Leverage SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Teradata, and other tools to analyze and visualize data.
8. Manage the use of Virtual Roster, Kronos, IGT Table Touch, and Bravo Poker to optimize operations.
9. Continually analyze and assess the financial performance of the casino and gaming operations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the casino/gaming industry.
3. Experience with SQL, Power BI, data mining, data analysis, Advanced Excel, Virtual Roster, Kronos, Tableau, Teradata, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker is required.
4. Must be able to obtain a valid Gaming License if you don't already have one.
5. Proficiency in financial reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analysis.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
8. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Willingness to relocate within 30 days is ideal.
