We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment while honing your leadership skills. You will be working closely with our experienced team of managers, learning the ropes of running a successful operation, and preparing to take on a leadership role in our company. This position requires excellent communication skills, a personable demeanor, a passion for sales and marketing, and a high level of organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve company objectives and KPIs.
  • Assist in managing daily operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Assist in the preparation and control of budgets.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • A passion for sales and marketing, with a drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
