We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, directly contributing to the production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all production and operating equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in machinery and equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and fix them before they escalate.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand their needs and ensure machinery and equipment are functioning to meet those needs.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance work performed, including any parts or components used.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Assist in training other team members on proper maintenance procedures and practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with others to achieve common goals.
• Commitment to safety, with knowledge of safe work practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
