We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our industrial equipment. We are looking for a professional who is proficient in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems, and has a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and work efficiently to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet operational goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to keep skills current and broaden knowledge.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
