Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians.
• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks.
• Fix equipment issues and conduct repairs.
• Keep equipment in good shape with regular checks.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Manage the maintenance budget.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance, with some in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Understanding of safety regulations.
