Job Details
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Finance industry. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining and improving our infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with a focus on PLC, Siemens, and RSLogix, and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Responsibilities:
1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on all equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
2. Troubleshooting and repairing failures of equipment and systems, including PLCs, Siemens, and RSLogix.
3. Collaborating with other team members to identify, diagnose, and solve technical problems.
4. Ensuring compliance with all safety and operational procedures and regulations.
5. Documenting all maintenance and repair work for future reference.
6. Assisting in the planning and implementation of new installations and upgrades.
7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our systems and processes.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
2. Proven experience with PLC, Siemens, and RSLogix.
3. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent technical skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
5. Strong knowledge of safety and operational procedures and regulations.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. A relevant certification or degree in a technical field would be considered an asset.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
9. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
