Maintenance Technician - Electrical

We compound high-performance engineered polyolefin materials for a wide variety of applications. As a custom compounder, we utilize only the most advanced equipment, processes and people to create products to meet demanding specifications. We develop, test and manufacture polymer solutions that are used in everything from automotive parts (both exterior and interior) to household appliances; from recreational vehicles and industrial equipment to specialty packaging.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Machine Operator, or similar role in the plastic/manufacturing industry
• Someone with strong electric mechanical experience
• PLC, 480 voltage, ladder logic
• Must know electrical schematics
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities.
• Relevant certification or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
