Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a leading organization in the corrugated packaging industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of our production and facility equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of troubleshooting, maintenance, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be required to:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure the timely and efficient maintenance of the production and facility equipment.
2. Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
3. Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
4. Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement improvements in the production process.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
7. Manage maintenance budget and resources effectively.
8. Report on maintenance activities and equipment status to senior management.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you should have:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in the corrugated packaging industry.
2. Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining production and facility equipment.
3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing a high-performing maintenance team.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
5. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to equipment maintenance.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
