Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a group of technicians, as well as ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and machinery. You will be working with state-of-the-art equipment and will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our production lines. This is a full-time position with excellent compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Working Maintenance Supervisor/Coordinator leading a group of technicians on a daily basis
• Will not be responsible for disciplinary duties
• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Conduct electrical and equipment troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues
• Repair and replace faulty components and parts
• Maintain and repair electric drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and automation equipment
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role, or as a Maintenance Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
• Must have related experience working with 480v, VFD's, and servos
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Knowledge of electric drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and automation equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
