We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the maintenance department and ensuring all operations align with company policies and regulations.
2. Developing and implementing maintenance procedures, and monitoring their effectiveness.
3. Managing the repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems, including pumps, valves, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
4. Training and supervising maintenance personnel, and ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and standards.
5. Coordinating with other departments to schedule regular maintenance and inspections.
6. Identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Preparing and managing the maintenance budget.
8. Ensuring all documentation related to maintenance operations is up-to-date and accurate.
9. Staying current with the latest technologies and techniques in maintenance management.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with pumps, valves, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
7. Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and cost objectives.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
