We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Finance industry. This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of maintenance operations within our facility. The chosen candidate will have an extensive background in maintenance, preventative maintenance, fabrication, conveyors, electrical, machines, AutoCAD, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems and determine ways to optimize production.
• Oversee all installations, repairs and upkeep of the company's facilities, including machines and other equipment.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs and maintain the maintenance budget.
• Coordinate with the management to plan and manage projects, making sure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment to ensure efficiency and functionality.
• Analyze key maintenance parameters and identify trends in equipment performance, recommending changes or upgrades as necessary.
• Use AutoCAD to design and implement new systems or modifications to existing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
• Train and supervise maintenance team, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure high levels of productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the finance industry.
• Experience with brick, ceramics, or refractories is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing and directing a maintenance team.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machines and tools.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD.
• Excellent knowledge of preventive maintenance and fabrication.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and other systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to spot issues and fix them promptly.
