We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid background in mechanical parts, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition and meet company standards for safety and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can develop and implement predictive maintenance programs and lead a team of dedicated maintenance professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the maintenance department, ensuring all equipment and machinery are functioning at peak efficiency.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive predictive maintenance program to prevent equipment failures and prolong the lifespan of machinery.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work on complex machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate and supervise installation of new machinery and equipment.
  • Manage and lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational guidelines, regulations, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to optimize productivity and efficiency across all operations.
  • Continually evaluate maintenance and repair procedures and implement changes as necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with mechanical parts, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing predictive maintenance programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and operational guidelines, regulations, and standards in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Proficient in the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Ability to manage and adhere to budgets.
